Tenders are invited for supply and delivery of goods and services to the institution as and when required for the financial year 2025-2027.
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the procurement office upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ksh.1000. Alternatively, the documents may be downloaded free of charge from CHEPSIREI TVC website by visiting www.chepsireitvc.ac.ke.
Dully completed tender forms in plain sealed envelopes bearing specific tender numbers and items should be addressed to the undersigned or be deposited in the tender box at the Administration Block on or before 5th June 2025 at 10:00A.M.
Tenders will be opened soon after closing in presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
