Interested and Eligible Bidders may obtain the bidding documents from the KIPPRA offices on 7th floor Bishops Garden Towers during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. – 5.00p.m. with exception of public holidays.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kippra.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@kippra.or.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All clarifications and/or addendums shall be uploaded in the KIPPRA’s website, www.kippra.or.ke.
Complete Tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER. NUMBER-……FOR……should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated on 7th floor, Bishops Garden Towers. Large documents that cannot fit in the tender box shall be registered at the Supply Chain Management office located on 7th floor Bishops Garden Towers East Wing.
