Bidii Secondary School in Trans-Nzoia county invites bidders for the tender listed below. The tender documents can be obtained from the finance office, Bidii Secondary School upon nonrefundable fee of Kenya shillings One Thousand only (Ksh. 1,000.00] in cash.

Instruction to tenders, conditions of contract, technical specifications and all requirements are clearly indicated below.
- Proof of current registration with the
- National Construction Authority (NCA 5 or above]
- List of similar works and their value undertaken in the last five years.
- List of on-going works.
- List of plant and equipment owned by the firm including registration, numbers and years of manufacture and their current conditions.
- List of personnel proposed for execution of the works and their detailed qualification and experience (attach copies of CVs and certificates].
- Reports of financial standing of the firm including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and audit reports for the last three years.
- Evidence of access to loans of credit and availability of other financial resources.
- Fully filled form offender.
- Fully filled Confidential Business questionnaire.
- Valid tax compliance.
- Valid CR 12 currently for the last 12 months.
- Power of attorney
- Bid bond as per ITT 19.1
- Litigation history
- Attach copy of current/valid single business permit from the County Government.
- Every bidder to attend pretender site visit failure to which will result to disqualification of the tender.
N/B: Contractor to attach the agreement for sub-contractors (Electrical and Mechanical Sub-contractors]. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender names and numbers should be deposited into the tender box in the secretary’s office, Bidii Secondary School on or before 13/06/2025 at 11.00 a.m. Opening of tenders will take place immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
