- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm at the address given below.
- A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke and the LVSWWDA Website(s) https://www.lvswwda.go.ke/tender/. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
- Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the PPIP website www.tenders.go.ke and the LVSWWDA website https://www.lvswwda.go.ke/tender/ . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@lvswwda. go.ke with a copy to mmayi@lvswwda.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addenda.
- Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening of tenders.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of Ksh. 1,500,000 (Kenya Shillings One Million, Five hundred Thousand only)
- A pre-arranged MANDATORY pretender Conference and Site Visit shall be held on 12th June 2025 at 10.00 a.m. at the HOMAWASCO Offices (Resident Engineer’s Office) in Kendu Bay Town. Representative of the bidders who attend must sign the PreTender Site Visit Register.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 24th June 2025, 11.00am (Kenya Time). Completed tenders to be submitted in 1 original and 1 no. hard copy and a soft PDF copy in USB Flash disk.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
