INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL DEVICES AND SEMI KNOCKED DOWN (SKD) KITS FOR MU TECHNOLOGIES DIGITAL ASSEMBLY PLANT
TENDER NO: MU/IOT/02/2024 – 2025
The Moi University invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods, Digital Devices and Semi
Knocked Down (SKD) Kits for MU Technologies Digital Assembly Plant.
1. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive International Tendering procurement
method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and eligible Tenderers.
2. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for all the items
3. Qualified and eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender document can be downloaded from moi University Website
www.mu.ac.ke or Public procurement Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge by an interested
tenderers.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.mu.ac.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Three Million
(Kes. 3,000,000.00) or equivalent a freely convertible currency as prescribed in the tender document
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 19th June,
2025 at 11:00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of
the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
