INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED RENOVATION OF 10 CLASSROOMS AND AN ADMINISTRATION BLOCK AT KAPKWEN PRIMARY SCHOOL
TENDER NO NG CDF/RONG/KAPKWEN/5/2024-2025
1. The NG–CDF RONGAI invites sealed tenders for the Renovation of A Classroom and an Administration Block At
RONGAI Primary School located at Rongai village in RONGAI Constituency for a period of 6 months.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open Sub county Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering
isRestricted Tendering
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.ngcdrongai@ng-cdf.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.ngcdfRONGAI@ngcdf.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to cdfrongai@ng-cdf.go.ke , 0726130796 P.O Box 12848-20100 to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of NOT APPLICABLE
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted in the format of
1,2,3,4……… ( from the cover page to last page including all the attachments).
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 18

June 2025 at 1000hrs Electronic
Tenders Not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
