TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS HEALTH FACILITIES

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYAMIRA TENDER MAY 2025 

The County Government of Nyamira through The Department of Health Services invites eligible bidder to bid for the below tenders.

Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive Method National using a standardized tender document and in this regard, Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website Nyamira website: www.nyamira.go.ke, Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke or IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using unique IFMIS Negotiation number provided below

Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (140) days from the date of opening of tenders.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security from recognized banking institutions ” of an Amount as detailed in respective bidding documents.

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 20^th  June 2025 at 10.30 a.m. local time. ONLY Electronic Tenders WILL be PERMITTED.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated Representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
