TENDER ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
The National Youth Service invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the Supply and Delivery of Bakery Items to
the National Youth Service Paramilitary Academy Gilgil as detailed below;

Complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 made through MPESA [Paybill No. 222222, Account Number NYSHQ2-
Bidder’s Name] and collected from the Supply Chain Management Offices at the NYS Headquarters in Nairobi,
during official working hours between 9:00am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
TTender documents may also be viewed and obtained electronically free of charge from the websites,
www.nys.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke or be physically collected from NYS Headquarters or Paramilitary
Academy Gilgil. Electronic tenders shall not be accepted. Tenders shall be physically delivered to NYS Paramilitary
Academy, Gilgil and addressed as provided below:
