INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSTRUCTION OF DAMBALA FACHANA WATER PANS, IN OBBU WARD, MOYALE CLUSTER, MARSABIT COUNTY.
TENDER No: MBT/COU/AGRI/DRPNK/101/2024-2025
1. The County Government of Marsabit invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the
Construction of Dambala Fachana Water Pans.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0800 to1700 hours] at the address given below.

4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the www.tenders.go.ke and county’s
Website www.marsabit.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of tender
opening.
6. Tenderers are advised to read through the Tender Data Sheet regarding matters on taxes.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shilling six million inform of
Demand bank Guarantee.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. The tenderer shall submit ONE original and TWO hard copies.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th July, 2025 at 11.00am.
11. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
