INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF GARBAGE COLLECTION & CLEANING SERVICES
TENDER NUMBER: CGK/1698748/2025/2028
1. The County Government of Kwale through the County Department of Finance, Executive Services and Economic
Planning invites sealed tenders for the provision of garbage collection and cleaning services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded on basis of framework
agreement.
3. Tender is set aside for special groups/enterprises owned by Youth , Women and Persons with Disabilities
dully registered under the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to1500 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in
PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
5. A complete set of tender documents can be obtained by interested tenders electronically upon visiting
https://kwale.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the websites in (5) above. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@kwale.go.ke to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 3rd July, 2025 at 11:59PM.
Only electronic Tenders will be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
