INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF THE ASSISTANT COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE BLOCK,UKWALA DIVISION, UGENYA SUB-COUNTY.

The Ugenya NGCDF and the PMC of THE ASSISTANT COUNTY COMMISSIONER UKWALADIVISION invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF THE ASSISTANTCOUNTY COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE BLOCK, UKWALA DIVISION, UGENYA SUB-COUNTY.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using astandardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the TenderDocuments during office hours between 0800 to 1700hours at the address given below.3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tendersupon payment of a non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 Kenya Shillings One Thousandonly in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website: PPIPhttps//tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Hard copies will be available at the institution at Kshs. 1,000 each.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website PPIP.
https//tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward theirparticulars immediately to P.O. BOX 132 – 40614, SEGA to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remainvalid for (120)days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 21st JULY, 2025 at 1000 HOURS. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above orany dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in thepresence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the addressbelow. Late tenders will be rejected.

PRELIMINARY BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS
The following are preliminary bidding requirements and conditions. All other bidding conditionsas contained in the tender document equally applies.
1. Certified copy of Certificate of Registration/Incorporation.
2. Certified copy of CR.12 with certified copies of ID’s of Directors.
3. Certified copy of a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from KRA4. Certified copy of Trade license (No receipts allowed).
5. Certified copies of PIN certificates
6. Certified Copies of Bank Statements in the name of the company for a period of 6months prior to the date of the advertisement.
7. The tender must be signed by a person with power of attorney to sign.
8. Evidence of a working and reliable telephone/voice communication facility
- The tenderer must provide proof for technical personnel.
- The tenderer must provide proof of equipment holding.
- The tenderer must have completed at least more than two project of similar nature andmagnitude in the last five years and must in this respect provide copies of certified final account and/or practical completion certificates.
- The tenderer must be registered by the National Construction Authority under class eight(8) and above.
- The tenderer must have been in existence for the last 2 years. Provide evidence of thefirm’s physical location.
- The tenderer must submit at least three referees (give full contact detailsNames ,telephone, address ,email etc)
- The tenderer must provide a clearly paginate the document (mechanically, not by hand)with a table of contents.
