CALL FOR INDIVIDUAL/NATIONAL CONSULTANTS – ADAPTATION & DEVELOPMENT OF THE ILO’S “FORMALIZE YOUR BUSINESS” TRAINING MATERIALS IN KENYA
The ILO invites qualified consultants to adapt and develop its “Formalize Your Business (FYB)” training materials to fit the Kenyan context. This will support the transition of informal micro and small enterprises into the formal economy.
The scope includes:
- Reviewing current FYB materials and national reports on business registration & compliance
- Adapting Part II of the Learner’s Manual to Kenyan systems and regulations
- Revising the Trainer’s Guide using the SIYB (Start and Improve Your Business) methodology
- Creating a glossary of technical terms
- Preparing and delivering two Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, including reports
Open to individual or national consultants with relevant experience in enterprise development, training content adaptation, and formalization strategies in Kenya.
