PREQUALIFICATION – CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR MULTI-PURPOSE PAVILION & SITE-WIDE UTILITY WORKS, NAIROBI, KENYA
The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified construction vendors to express interest in providing construction services for the Multi-Purpose Pavilion and related utility infrastructure works as part of the ongoing Renovation and Expansion of UNON’s Conference Facilities.
This is a preliminary construction phase ahead of the main works, and forms part of a larger multi-phase capital project running from 2023 to 2029.
Scope includes:
- Construction of a flexible multi-purpose hall for conferencing, exhibitions, and banqueting
- Site-wide utility infrastructure works
- Compliance with high-level international standards for UN conference facilities
Interested vendors must have demonstrated technical capacity, complete a self-declaration form (Annex A), and hold at least Basic Registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).
Vendors inclusive of women, persons with disabilities, and businesses from developing economies are strongly encouraged to apply.
