INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION
All duly completed supplier registration documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with
the Tender Number and Description, and addressed to:
THE SECRETARY, BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
GAICHANJIRU HIGH SCHOOL

Interested and eligible suppliers must deliver and physically deposit their completed registration documents in
the Tender Box clearly labelled and placed at the Reception Area of the Administration Block, Gaichanjiru High
School, on or before:
WEDNESDAY, 06TH AUGUST 2025 AT 11:00 A.M.
Late submissions, will be automatically disqualified and returned unopened.
Immediately after the deadline, the tender box will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend. The opening session will take place at the School’s Administration Block and all
attending representatives will be required to sign a Tender Opening Register as proof of attendance.
Only those present at the time of opening will be allowed into the session, and no documents will be accepted or
opened after the indicated deadline.
