KCB BANK KENYA LIMITED TENDER AUGUST 2025 

KCB is now seeking a competent Events Management and Experiential partner to support the full spectrum of event planning and execution, including talent management, coordination of third-party suppliers, and management of KCB’s brand assets.

Objectives of this RFP:

• To shortlist top-tier events management agencies with the capacity to manage events for KCB Group Plc.
• To ensure that events are planned, executed, and evaluated effectively, with a strong emphasis on experiential engagement.
• To evaluate agencies based on the following criteria:

Ø  General Experience and Industry Qualifications

Ø  Relevant Experience in Corporate Event Management

Ø  Client Testimonials and References

Ø  Capacity and Capability to Deliver Events of All Sizes

Ø  Methodology, Workplan, and Agency-Client Chemistry

Ø  Value for Money and Cost Efficiency
