INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF BAKERY EQUIPMENT
CONTRACT REFERENCE NUMBER: KGO/ADM/04/2025-2026
1. St John’s Teachers Training College, Kilimambogo invites sealed tenders for Tender For
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Bakery Equipment.
2. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDER METHOD
using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is open to interested and eligible bidders
4. Qualified and Interested tenderers may view/obtain/download tender documents at https://kilimambogottc.ac.ke/
5. A complete set of tender documents is downloadable for free from government portal
www.tenders.go.ke and St John’s Teachers Training College, Kilimambogo website
https://kilimambogottc.ac.ke/ All Tenders must be accompanied by a dully filled, signed and stamped
TENDER SECURITY FORM.
6. Completed Tender Documents consisting of one original HARD COPY and a duplicate of the
same shall be deposited in the Tender Box, Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain
sealed envelope marked with tender name and reference number and deposited in the tender box next to
principal’s office on or before Thursday 21th August, 2025 10.00am.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents including all attachments
submitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders immediately after closing time will be publicly opened
in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the Multipurpose Hall.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
