PROPOSED ERECTION AND COMPLETION OF 1NO CLASSROOM AT ST. EMMANUEL PRIMARY SCHOOL.
1.1 The St. Emmanuel Primary School invites sealed tenders for the
Construction of 1NO Classroom using approved cement, sand, masonry
block, door shutters, Gci Sheets, Steel Work and paint.
1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect
tender documents from (as per advert).
1.3 A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested
candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000 in cash or
Bankers Cheque payable to (as per advert)
1.4 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings
and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of tender.
1.5 Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes
marked with Tender name and reference number and deposited in the
Tender Box at (as per the advert) or to be addressed to (as per advert) so
as to be received on or before (as per the advert).
1.6 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the
candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at (as per advert)
