INVITATION TO TENDER
DISPOSAL OF YAMAHA DT175 MOTOR CYCLES 

TENDER NO: NCPWD/DISP/001/2025/2026  
1. The (NCPWD) now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to Purchase motor cycles as follows:
a) 12 Motor cycles , YAMAHA DT175
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items will be
sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
3. Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be DISPOSED of during office hours 9:00am to 4:00pm on 15
th
TO 19TH September 2025 at. The address given below
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates free of charge at
www.ncpwd.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tenderers will be required to pay in advance are fundable deposit as indicated in the Appendix to Instructions
to tenderers.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [22nd September 2025 AT 10.30
a.m]. Electronic Tenders [will NOT] be permitted.
7. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing
date of the tender.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time of 22nd September, 2025 AT 10.30 A.M
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
