INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CEREALS, PULSES AND MISCELLANEOUS FOODSTUFFS.
(FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR 2 YEARS)
INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) No.: MBT/COU/1/2025-2026/2026-2027
The County Government of Marsabit, here and in subsequent sections referred to as the procuring
entity now invites sealed Tenders from eligible candidates for the Supply and delivery of Cereals
Pulses and Miscellaneous Foodstuffs (Framework Agreement for 2 Years).
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect Tender
Documents at County Government of Marsabit Headquarters at the Department of Supply Chain
Management Office, Governor’s Office Building, Marsabit Town and during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded free of charge from tenders portal
www.tenders.go.ke or from County Government of Marsabit website www.marsabit.go.ke
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.marsabit.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@marsabit.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Tenderers to register on Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) platform, under Marsabit Region and
provide registration number. This will assist in future Mini – competition in e-GP system.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 3rd October, 2025, at
10.00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
