INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF FOOD RATION TO COUNTY HEALTH FACILITIES
TENDER NUMBER:CGK/1922740-2025/2026
1. The County Government of Kwale invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of food ration to the County health
facilities (Msambweni County Referral hospital, Lunga-lunga Hospital, Kwale Hospital, Kinango Hospital, Samburu
Hospital, Mkongani Hospital, Mnyenzeni Health centre, Kikoneni health centre, and Tiwi Health centre). The supply shall
only entail dry foods, fruits, meat, milk eggs amongst others as listed out in the requirements.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded on basis of framework agreement.
3. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with the access to government
procurement opportunities (Youth, Women & PWDs).
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders electronically from the
https://kwale.go.ke or www.kwalecountygov.com . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://kwale.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to info@kwale.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration form (R22).
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 8th October 2025,10:30AM.
Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
