The MATUGA NG CDF invites contractors to participate in the below tender:

QUALIFICATION FOR TENDERING
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
The following must be submitted together with the bid
1. copy of certificate of incorporation
2. Copy of valid annual practicing license and registration certificate with
NCA in the classes specified above
3. Certified copy of PIN Certificate
4. Valid tax compliance certificate (will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker)
5. copy of recent CR12 Form
6. National ID /Passport of directors
7. Form of tender correctly filled, signed and stamped
8. Confidential business questionnaire correctly filled, signed and stamped
9. Certificate of independent tender determination correctly filled, signed
and stamped
10. Bidders must serialize sequentially all pages of the tender
document plus attachments
11. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on 3rd October, 2025 at tandaza model in nyando village starting from 9.00 am
to 9.30 a.m
12. A bib security bond of kshs130,000 from bank only is
required and will not accepted insurance company nor micro
finance institution
Other Requirements
1. Similar previous experience where applicable
2. Professional and Technical Personnel (provide CVs for the employees)
3. Proof of Financial capacity
- Any form of Canvassing will lead to disqualification
- Detailed evaluation criteria is to be found in the tender document.
- Eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the
offices of NG-CDF MATUGA located kwale town opposite county government garage during
normal working hours. - A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested contractors by
downloading in the tender portal www.tender.go.ke. - Duly filled tender documents in an enclosed plain envelope marked with tender number may
be deposited in the tender Box situated at the NG-CDF MATUGA office along kwale town
opposite kwale county garage, addressed to NG-CDF MATUGA P. O. BOX65– 80403 KWALE, so
as to be received on or before 7th OCTOBER 2025 at 10.am. Prices quoted must be net
inclusive of all applicable taxes and should be expressed in Kenyan Shillings and should remain valid for 180 days from the closing date.
