NBO/TRAN/20/2025: PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF MOTOR VEHICLES, USED TYRES, AND OBSOLETE VEHICLE PARTS/ACCESSORIES FOR THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION – NAIROBI

1. On Behalf of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as a represented by the British High Commission- Nairobi, I am requesting a quote from you for the PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF MOTOR VEHICLES, USED TYRES, AND OBSOLETE VEHICLE PARTS/ACCESSORIES FOR THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION – NAIROBI.
2. Further details on the requirements are set out in the attached statement of requirements/Terms of Reference.
3. Please include in your response a nominated point of contact with telephone, e-mail and postal address details.
4. Your quote should remain valid for [90] days from the required date of receipt and should be inclusive of all costs.
5. Your quote must be received on or before 1200 hours on 15 October 2025 (EAT). If you will have, any problems meeting this deadline but wish to submit a proposal, please inform the Authority via the email address below as soon as possible.  Last minute request of an extension may be deemed as inappropriate.

NB: Please provide a detailed quotation – All prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes but exclusive of VAT.
