INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS,CONTRACTORS & CONSULTANTS
The County Government of Samburu invites applications for prequalification and registration of Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers from interested eligible tenderers for works, supply of goods and provision of services for the Biannual FY – 2025/2026 & 2026/2027.
How to apply
Visit prequalification portal at procurement@samburu.go.ke or the County website www.samburu.go.ke/tenders and create your profile as a vendor using your company email and a password. Once you have signed up, you can proceed to create your vendor account and view the available categories for application. Complete the tender document provided, attach all relevant documents and submit your application.
Eligible tenderers MUST submit the minimum requirements as indicated in the bid document. Completed registration documents for EACH CATEGORY must be submitted online through the link procurement@samburu.go.ke on or before 22nd October, 2025 at 11:59PM [EAT).
Note: THE PORTAL WILL AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE AFTER THE REGISTRATION PERIOD HAS ELAPSED. Manual registration documents will NOT be accepted.
The County Government of Samburu reserves the right to authenticate any information provided in response hereto without notice or reference to the applicant.
