The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT (NCCG) invites sealed tenders for theIMPROVEMENTOF NON MOTORISED TRANSPORT FACILITIES ALONG MOI AVENUE OUTBOUND(PART) ANDHAILE SELASSIE AVENUE (PART)
Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardizedtender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. 1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect theTender Documents from 0900-1500hours at the address given below.
- A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtainedbyinterestedtenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (NOT APPLICABLE) incashorBanker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documentsmayalternatively be obtained electronically from the website www.nairobi.go.keorwww.tenders.go.ke
3. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tenderers downloadingdocuments from a designated website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of thetenderer(nairobiprocurement@gmail.com).
- Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free fromthewebsitewww.tenders.go.ke .Tenderers who download the tender document MUSTforwardtheirparticulars immediately to nairobiprocurement@gmail.com,to facilitateanyfurtherclarification or addendum.
6 Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remainvalid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7 All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security of Kshs. 1,300,000/=
8 The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9 Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22nd, october,2025 11:00a.m. Electronic Tenders will be permitted
10 There will be a Site visit at the Proposed Site (N/A)
11 Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specifiedaboveorany deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly openedinthepresence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose toattendattheaddress below. 12 Late tenders will be rejected
