Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat (VDS) is a Semi – Autonomous Government Agency (SAGA)
whose primary mandate is spearheading the implementation of the Country’s development blueprint
and strategy towards making Kenya a newly industrializing upper middle-income Country by the year
2030. VDS seeks to register suppliers for the provision of goods, services and works for the years
2026 and 2027 in various categories.
