TENDER FOR PROVISION OF DATA CAPTURING SERVICES

1. The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the
Tender for Provision of Data Capturing Services during Marking of 2025 examinations and Assesment.
2. Invited and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours from 8 am and 5 pm starting from the date of advert at the office of:

3. Tendering will be conducted under Restricted Tender method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all invited and interested Tenderers.
4.A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the
Council’s website www@knec.ac.ke, www.supplier.tresury.go.ke and the PPIP (Public Procurement
Information Portal) www.tenders.go.ke
5.Tenderers who download the tender document MUST forward their particularsimmediately to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum to:

6.All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs 100,000 (Kenya shilling one Hundred
thousand) in form of a Bank Guarantee valid for 180 days from the date of Tender Opening.
7.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 21st October 2025 at 10.00am.

On or before 21st October 2025 at 10.00am.
8. Bid prices quoted should be inclusive of all costs and taxes and shall remain valid for (150) one
hundred and fifty days from the date of tender opening.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenderswill be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

11.Submission of late tenders will be rejected.
