SUNSET HOTEL LIMITED TENDER OCTOBER 2025 

INVITATION TO TENDER

1. The Sunset Hotel Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for PROPOSED RENOVATION OF
   GUEST ROOMS Tendering will be conducted under National Open Tender method using a standardized
   tender document.
2. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and obtained electronically free of charge by downloading from the
   Sunset Hotel Limited Website www.sunsethotel.co.ke and the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP)
   www.tenders.go.ke
5. Completed tender documents should be submitted accompanied by a tender security issued by a reputable
   Commercial Bank or an approved Insurance Company by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the
   amount of KES 100,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The tender security shall be valid
   for a period of thirty days beyond tender validity period and shall be in the format provided in the tender
   document.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 28th October, 2025 at
   10.00 Am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
   and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
   representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. There will be Bidders to assemble at Sunset Hotel, Kisumu 9.00am for the activity.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
