INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO: CGN/CS/INS/ 01 /2025-2026
PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR EXECUTIVE AND STAFF MEMBERS
1. County Government of Nyeri invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Provision of
comprehensive Medical Insurance Cover for Executive and Staff members.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized
tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be
allowed to tender for one or more items.
3. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from Director Supply Chain
Management Office at Town Hall P.O Box 1112-10100 Nyeri, Kenyatta Road during normal
working hours
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the
County Government of Nyeri website www.nyeri.go.ke o r w w w . t e n d e r s . g o . k e free
of charge.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 6,900,000.00
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted(In the
format 1,2,3,4,5)
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th November, 2025 at
11:00 am.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
