TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY AND CARGO EQUIPMENT- 91191599.
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
GIZ is inviting bidders to express their interest in the supply of agricultural machinery and cargo equipment.
Interested bidders MUST meet the following eligibility requirements.
- Must be a legal business entity incorporated in Kenya with at least 2 years of operation (at least 2years experience), a Certificate of Incorporation in Kenya to be submitted as proof.
- Must provide up-to-date Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Must attach copies of identification documents (IDs and Valid Passports) of the directors of the firm and a copy of the Latest CR 12 for companies issued by the Registrar of Companies.
- Must provide all relevant permits and licences by government authorities (e.g., County Governments, KEBS).
- Must provide proof of supply of at least 2 similar assignments in the last 2 years of at least KES 2,000,000 per assignment supported by either of the following valid documentation.
- i)approved Invoice,
- ii)signed and stamped delivery note by the recipient.
- Must have an annual turnover of at least KES 2,000,000, in the last 2 years starting from the latest financial year. Audited financial statements signed by the auditor and the directors to be provided i.e for 2022 and 2023 or 2024.
