LETTER FOR REQUEST OF PROPOSAL
1. Nairobi City County Government invites Request for Proposals Bids from interested and qualified
consultantsin built environment, legal and financial audit firms to offer Consultancy Services for Nairobi
City County Urban Renewal & Regeneration Program.
2. Qualified and interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bid Documents
during office hours [between 8:00AM to 5:00 PM EAT at the address given below.
3. A complete set of Bid documents can be downloaded from Nairobi City County Government
Website www.nairobi.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke or get a copy at the Office of the Director/Head
Supply Chain Management, Main City Hall Fourth Floor, Room 400 during official working days from

th November 2025, between 8.00 AM and 5.00 PM EAT
4. Bids shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. The capacity building levy
5. Bids shall remain valid for (210) days from the date of opening of Bids.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee from a licensed Commercial Bank equivalent
to Kenya Shillings One Million (Kshs 1 Million) and valid for the Bid validity period or an Approved
Financial Institution or an Approved Insurance Company approved by PPRA or from an
internationally recognized bank.
7. Completed Request for Proposal (RFP) technical & financial shall be submitted both in soft (one copy)
and hard copies (one original and Four copies) in two separate plain sealed envelopes, which shall then
be enclosed in a big envelope marked the tender No and Name also write “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE
11th November 2025 and addressed to:

8. The complete Bid documents shall be delivered and registered at the office of the Head Supply Chain
Management office, located on 4th Floor, Room 400 on or before 11th November 2025 at 12.00 Noon
EAT.
9. Electronic Bids will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected
10. Any request for clarification must be submitted through email by 7
th November 2025 at 5.00PM EAT

11. Bids will be publicly opened immediately upon closure in the presence of the Bidders’ or their
designated representatives.
- The Bid opening will be at Main City Hall, 4th Floor, Room 400 at the Supply Chain Management
Office.
