REMINDER ON TENDER NOTICE FOR MAINTENANCE WORKS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025/2026
Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in My.Gov on Tuesday 7th October, 2025 regarding
the above matter.
The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya
Roads Act, 2007 with the responsibility for Management, Development, Rehabilitation and Maintenance
of National Roads.
The Authority hereby invites bids from eligible contractors to be funded through the Road Maintenance
Levy Fund. There shall be mandatory pre-tender site visits as specified in the detailed tender notice
uploaded onto the KeNHA website.
Complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the Kenya National
Highways Authority website: www.kenha.co.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP):
www.tenders.go.ke free of charge or from the KeNHA Offices, Supply Chain Management Departments
during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (One
thousand shillings only) in form of a banker’s cheque payable to Kenya National Highways Authority.
Bidders are encouraged to download the tender documents from the above websites to minimize
physical visits to KeNHA Offices.
