Ruiru Sports Club (the Procuring Entity) invites qualified, registered, and experienced contractors (Tenderers) in Kenya to participate in a competitive turnkey open tender process for designing, financing, constructing, and transferring a modern clubhouse.
The project aims to replace the existing clubhouse with a state-of-the-art facility that aligns with the club’s detailed land use plan, preserves heritage spaces, and integrates seamlessly with the golf course and other existing amenities. In this regard, the clubhouse is expected to resemble a 4-star hotel standard.
