INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE
TENDER NO. EACC/T/05/2025-2026
1. The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) invites sealed bids from eligible candidates
for Provision life insurance cover for a one year period, renewable under the same Terms annually
subject to satisfactory performance.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8 am and 5 pm starting from the date of advert at the office of:

3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to Insurance underwriters or other insurance service providers
licensed by insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).
4. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the
Commission’s website www.eacc.go.ke, and PPIP (Public Procurement Information Portal)
www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately

- All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kes. 250,000.00 in the form of a
Bank guarantee from a reputable bank valid for 150 Days from date of tender closure. - Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the
tender number and description and deposited in tender box provided at Integrity Centre, Ground
Floor on or before the date and time indicated and be addressed to;

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
