INVITATION TO TENDER
2 YEARS FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES

The Nakuru Rural Water and Sanitation Company- NRW/02/2025—2027 invites sealed tenders for the
provision of security services. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a
standardized tender document. This tender is open to all qualified and interested tenderers. It is also open to
all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with Registrar of companies.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours from 8:00 am to 5: oo pm except weekends at the address given below:

A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non-refundable fees of N/A in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) N/A Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
1. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website info@naruwasco.co.ke.
Tenderers who need clarification of Tender can forward their particulars immediately to
info@naruwasco.co.ke , 0721 344 898 , P.O.BOX 386-20100 Nakuru to be facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
2. All Tenders must be accompanied by 2% of tender sum.
3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before MONDAY 1ST DECEMBER
2025. Electronic Tenders Will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
