INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF NO.4 CLASSROOMS OF A ONE STOREY BUILDING WITH MODERN ABLUTION BLOCK WITH NO.4 DOORS TOILETS AND A URINAL WITH ONE CHAMBER FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITYAT KIANYAGA HIGHSCHOOL

1. The KIANYAGA HIGH SCHOOL invites sealed tenders for the above project
2. Tendering will be conducted under open Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to
all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.tenders.go.ke . Tender
documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers
who download the tender document mustforward their particularsimmediately to cdfgichugu@ngcdf.go.keto
facilitate anyfurther clarificationor addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120
daysfromthe date of openingoftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a a tender security of Kshs 200,000. from a financial institution
recognized by CBK or insurance companies approved by PPRA
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documents submitted in the format
of1,2,3,4……… ( from the cover page to last page including all the attachments).
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 21/11/2025 at 10.00AM Electronic
TendersNot be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representativeswho choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
