INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY OF FUEL OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS USING FUEL CARD SYSTEM FOR ODPP VEHICLES COUNTRYWIDE ON A THREE (3) YEAR FRAMEWORK
CONTRACT (on as and when required basis)

2. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions invites sealed tenders for the Supply of Fuel, Oil andLubricants using Fuel Card System for ODPP Vehicles Countrywide on a three (3) year framework contract.
3. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Tender Procurement using a standardized tender document.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during officeworking hours i.e. 0800 to 1230 hours and 1430 to 1650 hours at the address given below.
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.odpp.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.odpp.go.ke andwww.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediatelyto procurement@odpp.go.ke / odppprocurement@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee of Kshs. 100,000(One Hundred Thousand Kenya Shillings) valid for 170 days.
8. The Tenderer shall paginate the tender document sequentially (1,2,3……)
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday, 3rd December 2025 at11.00am
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and timespecified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
