INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND WORK INJURY BENEFIT COVER FOR ODPP STAFF FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS
TENDER(ITT) NUMBER: ODPP/OT/02/25/2025 – 2026
1. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Group
Personal Accident and Work Injury Benefit Cover for ODPP Staff for a Period of Two Years
Renewable Annually upon satisfactory performance.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tender method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. The tender is open to all Insurance Underwriters Only.
4. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at Supply
Chain Office at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions(ODPP) Headquarters, Ragati Road, Upper Hill
between 8.00am and 5.00pm Kenyan Time, Monday to Friday except lunch time between 1.00pm to 2.00pm and
on public holidays.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from www.odpp.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
6. The document may also be downloaded free of charge from the Public Procurement Information Portal
www.tenders.go.ke and/or the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution’s website: www.odpp.go.ke.
Bidders who download the tender document must register with ODPP the company name, postal, physical,
email and telephone address for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or
addendums if need be through procurement@ODPP.go.ke
7. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and service delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya
shillings and will remain valid for 120 days from date of tender opening.
8. TheTenderershallsequentiallyserialize all pages and attachments of the tender documentssubmitted in
the form of 1,2,3…
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 27th November, 2025
AT 11.00AM.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
