INVITATION TO TENDER
On Call Plumbing Services forKenya Re commercial properties 2- year from date of contract signing .

1. The Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Ltd invites sealed tenders for the Plumbing Services – Kenya Re
   commercial properties
2. Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method (National/International) using
   a standardized tenderdocument. Tendering isopen toall bidders.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documentsmay be obtained electronically from the Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Website(s)
   www.kenyare.co.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kenyare.co.ke .
   Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
   procurement@kenyare.co.ke, +254 703 083 200, P.O. Box 30271 -00100, Nairobi to facilitate any further
   clarificationoraddendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for ( 120) days
   fromthedateofopening oftenders.
7. All Tendersmust be accompanied by:
   a) Tender Security” of Kshs 150,000.00
8. TheTenderershallchronologicallyserializeallpagesofthetenderdocumentssubmitted.
9. Completed tendersmust be delivered to the address below on or before 1000 hours on 2nd December
   2025. Electronic Tenders willnot bepermitted.
10. Tenderswillbe opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
    and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
    representatives whochoose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
