INVITATION TO TENDER

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF ASSISTANT CHIEFS OFICE, COMPRISING OF 3 OFFICES FOR THE TWO ASSISTANT CHIEFS AND SECRETARY,A WAITING BAY AND A SOCIAL HALL OF A 300-PEOPLE CAPACITY AT KACHERO ASSISTANT CHIEFS OFFICE.

1. The NG-CDF TAVETA invites sealed tenders for the proposed consruction to completion of Fo u r( 4 ) No . Classrooms with ceramic tile floorfinish on the ground floor with a storey building foundation for 1 upper floor at chala primary school for period of Six ( 6 ) months.

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method open tender using a standardizedtender
   document.Tendering is open to all.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900-1500 hours atthe address given below NG-CDF TAVETA P.OBOX243-80302-TAVETA.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested tenders upon payment of a Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.ngcdf.go.ke/www.tenders .go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the PPIP Portal and the website www.ngcdf.go.ke/www.tenders .go.ke

Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to cdftaveta@ngcdf.go.ke, 0794180440 P.O BOX 243-80302, Taveta to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

1. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 180days from the date of openingoftenders.

2. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs.170,000.00 from financial institution recognized by central bank of Kenya or insurance company approved by PPRA

3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted intheformatof1,2,3,4,…… fromthe cover page to the last page including all attachments.

4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th November, 2025 at 11.00amElectronic Tenders will not be permitted.

5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.

Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
