SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED FRUIT AND AGROFORESTRY SEEDLINGS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2025/2026 & 2026/2027

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT TENDER NOVEMBER 2025 

INVITATION TO TENDER

1. The State Department for Agriculture intends to enter into a two years framework agreement for
   supply and delivery of healthy, disease-free, certified fruit and agroforestry seedlings.
2. Tendering is conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
   Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers and will be awarded on basis of Framework
   Agreement.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document
   during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours Monday to Friday at the Head Supply Chain Management
   Office on 4th Floor Kilimo House.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically
   from the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development website www.kilimo.go.ke and Public
   Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the
   tender document and are intending to participate should forward their details to supplychainservices@
   kilimo.go.ke for communication of any clarification or addendum.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender
   No., Lot No. and Name. It should be dropped in the tender box marked State Department for Agriculture
   situated in Kilimo House Ground Floor Reception, or posted to the address provided below so as
   to be received on or before 17th December 2025 11:00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
