TENDER NO: ODPP/NOT/07/2025-2026 
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON A THREE (3) YEAR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT 

Office of the Director Public Prosecutions (ODPP) invites sealed tenders for Supply and
Delivery of Motor Vehicles Tyres on a Three (3) Year Framework Contract.
1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers
reserved for Youth Category under AGPO.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the
tender document at the ODPP second Floor procurement office during normal working
hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. – 4.30p.m.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by
downloading free of charge from ODPP Website at www.odpp.go.ke who download the
tender documents through the website are advised to register with the Supply Chain Office
or email their contacts through procurement@odpp.go.ke/odppprocurement@gmail.com
immediately in order to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Duly Filled, Signed and Stamped Tender Securing
Declaration Form.
5. The Tenderershall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9TH DECEMBER
2025 11:00 am East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
