INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY OF FUEL, LPG GAS, FUEL CARDS AND LUBRICANTS ON FRAME WORK AGREEMENT

Supply of Fuel, LPG Gas, Fuel Cards and Lubricants on Frame Work Agreement
CONTRACT PERIOD: 2026-2028. Contracts shall be awarded for one year and renewed for a
further one year subject to satisfactory performance.
The Kaimosi Friends University invites sealed tenders for. Supply of Fuel, Bulk LPG Gas, Fuel Cards
and Lubricants on Frame Work Agreement
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately
with the Registrar of Companies and have obtained a certificate of registration. Tenders will be
awarded on the basis of Framework Agreement.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Office
during normal office working hours [08:00Am to 5:00Pm] at the address given below.
3. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from the Website.
4. Since the tender document will be obtained electronically from the website; it will be free of
charge. Tenderers downloading documents from the designated Website shall advise the
Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact
addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address)
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kafu.ac.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kafu.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. There is No Tender Security required for this tender.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or 11th December, 2025 by 10.00
A.M, Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
