The County Government of Vihiga through the Department of Physical Planning, Lands and Urban Development, invites expression of interest from eligible bidders for purchase of land to enable expansion of Kidundu stadium in Central Maragoli ward in Vihiga Sub County.

TARGET ACRES IS 20 ACRES, SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS WITH SMALLER PARCELS CAN APPLY INDEPENDENTLY. THE IDEAL LAND SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE, FLAT AND FREE FROM ANY ENCUMBERENCES |
Interested bidders may write to the Chief Officer, Department of Physical Planning, Lands, Housing and Urban Development indicating their expression of interest to sell land to the Department.
The expression of interest MUST be accompanied by the following documents;
- Introduction letter stating the size of land and its location.
- Current official search from the County land registry done in the last one month accompanied with an official payment receipt.
- A copy of the Title Deed in the name of the person expressing the interest or written consent in case the application is done on behalf of the owner.
- A copy of the Identification Card [ID] of the owner or applicant in case the application is done on the behalf of the owner.
- A copy of the Kenya Revenue Authority [K.R.A] pin certificate of the owner.
- A letter of consent from the spouse of the owner.
- A certified copy of land rate clearance certificate (where applicable].
