CLOUD BASED PAYROLL SOLUTION
SOS Children’s Villages is a non-profit, non-denominational, social development organisation with the vision that every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect, and security.
The organization seeks to procure and implement a robust, secure, cloud-based Payroll System that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation through, for their two offices based in Nairobi, Kenya and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The solution should deliver a dependable, auditable, and user-friendly experience that supports timely salary processing, automated pay slip generation, and comprehensive payroll reporting in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
The system must adhere to global and local data protection regulations such as GDPR, national labour laws in Kenya and Ethiopia and ensure encryption, secure handling of payroll data while enabling real-time data interoperability with the D365 ecosystem.
