INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF UNIFORM FOR YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

2. The County Government of Machakos invites sealed tenders for the
(Supply and delivery of uniform for youth empowerment program.]
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect
the Tender Documents at the address given below.

5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.machakos.go.ke or
public procurement information portal). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the County website
www.machakos.go.ke or public procurement information portal
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security (Bid security of Kshs 110,000 inform
of cash or a bank guarantee or an insurance company registered and licensed by the
insurance Regulatory Authority or issued by a financial institution approved and licensed
by the Central Bank of Kenya)
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be submitted to the address below on or before 29th
December 2025 www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or ifmis.treasury.go.ke or public
procurement information portal. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
10. The Tender opening shall take place In IFMIS Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
Bidders are advised to monitor the opening process through the same portal
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
