INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VETERINARY EQUIPMENTS
TENDER NUMBER: 2090845/2025-2026
1. The County Government of Nyandarua (Department of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Livestock & Fisheries)
invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VETERINARY EQUIPMENTS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all Qualified Bidders
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [0800 to1700 hours] at the address given below. More details on the Goods are provided in PART
2 – Supply Requirements of the Tender Document.
4. Pursuant to Public Procurement Capacity Building Levy Order 2023, the supplier shall be deducted Capacity
Building levy at the rate of 0.03 % on contract value of contracts signed between supplier and Procuring entity
and shall be paid to Public procurement Regulatory Authority. The order shall not apply to contracts fully
financed by development partners.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.nyandarua.go.ke
free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.nyandarua.go.ke).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(agriculture@nyandarua.go.ke) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20
TH JANUARY,2026 at 11:00am.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Tenders MUST be submitted electronically through the IFMIS GOK System
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
