PROVISION OF STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER – PBORA

PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY TENDER JANUARY 2026 

1. The Public Benefit Organizations Regulatory Authority invites sealed tenders for the provision of Staff Medical Insurance Cover for a period of Two years in Nairobi.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National)  using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

Tender is open tender to all Small and Medium Enterprises, Women, Youth & PWD registered appropriately with The National Treasury” Incase tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”. N/A

3. Obtain the tender document electronically from the Website www.tenders.go.ke , https://pbora.go.ke/   and https://egpkenya.go.ke/
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may view and download the tender documents for free from the website https://tenders.go.ke/  & https://pbora.go.ke/
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@pbora.go.ke  P.O Box 44617 Nairobi 00100 KENYA Telephone: +254 20 221 4044 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KES 400,000.
7. Completed tenders must be submitted on or before 26th January 2026 at 11.00 AM. Electronic Tenders will be permitted through the e-GP System.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and who choose to attend at 15th Floor, Cooperative Bank House, Haile Selassie Avenue P.O Box 44617 Nairobi 00100 KENYA.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
