FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF UNI MIX
1. Turkana County Government invites sealed bids for supply and delivery of UNI MIX for three years
Framework Agreement basis for the Financial Year 2025 – 2026,2026-2027,2027-2028
2. NOTE: This framework agreement may be used by any other procuring entity within the county
government of Turkana for the period specified, Three years (3)
3. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Method using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers. Tender will be awarded on basis of Framework
Agreement
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents on the
Turkana County Government website, or PPIP portal or during office hours 0800 to 1700hours at the address
given below.

1. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.turkana.go.ke or
   www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
   to Director Supply Chain Management Services, Turkana County Government, P.o. Box 11. 30500, Lodwar;
   email ……………. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum
2. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Bid security of Kenya shillings Three Hundred Thousand
   (300,000) only.
3. Completed tenders to be submitted online through the IFMIS platform.
   www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before 28th December,2026 at 11:45 AM EAT.
4. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
   time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
   representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
5. Late tenders will be rejected.
