The BOARD OF MANAGERS,NYAIGWA GIRLSSECONDARY SCHOOL PMC invites sealed tenders SECONDARY SCHOOL ,
from eligible bidders for THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF DORMITORY BLOCK AT NYAIGWA GIRLS
TENDER NO. NYAIGWA/SEC/T/01/2025-2026.
Interested bidders must provide documentary proof of the following: 1. Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation
2. Copy of VAT and PIN certificate
3. Current tax compliance certificate
4. Experience of similar works (Contracts completed in the last 5 years)
5. Evidence of financial resources
6. Certified audited Accounts(Financial reports for the last 3 years)
7. Schedule of Contractor`s equipment
8. Youth, women and people with disability attach copy of certificate for access to
government procurement opportunities from national treasury.

Current Litigation history. Completed set of detailed tender document shall be obtained by interested bidders after paying a non refundablefee of Ksh. 1,000/= at the Administration office during normal working hours (8.00a.m to 4.00p.m.)
The bids in plain sealed envelopes bearing the tender No. on the top right hand corner but with no indicationof
the tenderer’s name shall be deposited in the School’s Tender Box at the entrance to the Administration offices or posted to

Submitted bids will be opened on the same time and bidders or their representatives who choose to attend intheSchool’s Administration Office are welcome.
Late bids will not be accepted. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all Government duties and taxes.
