The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for SUPPLY,
DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 2NO NEW PASSENGER
LIFT TO NAIROBI CITY COUNTY CITY HALL
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 hrs. atthe address given below.
3. The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT invites sealed bids from eligible
candidates for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF
2NO NEW PASSENGER LIFT TO NAIROBI CITY COUNTY CITY HALL
4. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the
tender documents at Nairobi City NAIROBI CITY COUNTY CITY HALL ANNEX
premises, located at Mama Ngina street, City Hall –, Procurement Office 4th
floor, as from 8am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm, week days as from Monday to Friday (excluding
public holidays).
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nairobi.go.ke
or www.tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to nairobiprocurement.@gmail.com , to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 paid to Nairobi City County Service
Board’s Account at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, City Hall Branch, Account
Number 01141232417500 or downloaded free of charge from the NAIROBI CITY
COUNTY CITY HALL ANNEX website: www.nairobi.go.ke or Public Procurement
Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke
- Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings, shall include all taxes and delivery costs,.Tenders
shallremain valid for 120 days fromthe date of opening oftenders. - All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
- TheTenderershall chronologicallySERIALIZEall pagesofthe tender documentssubmitted.
- Completed tendersmust be delivered to the address belowon or before 12.00 noon, 6
th February
2026 at 12.00.ElectronicTenders willnot be permitted. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence oftheTenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend atthe address below.

floor, room 400 or be addressed to Director NAIROBI CITY COUNTY
GOVERNMENT, P.O. Box 30005-00100 Nairobi, as to be received on or before 6th
February 2026 at 12.00 noon.
